Whatever you've been carrying, let's talk about it.

This is a space where we talk about real stuff, and where you don't have to have it together before you begin.

My Approach

Therapy that meets you where you are, and helps you get somewhere new.

I like to hold a balance between understanding why you struggle the way you do, and figuring out how to help you make small but meaningful changes in your present life. We're practical, but we're also treating what keeps flaring up, not just patching over it.

ABOUT YENNY

From Bogotá to Vancouver, with a lot of lived experience in between.

I arrived in Canada as a refugee in 2002. That experience of holding two worlds at once, of navigating between cultures, languages, and identities, shapes how I show up for every single client.

Common questions.

  • No. Most people who come to therapy aren't in crisis, they're just carrying something they're tired of carrying alone. You don't need to reach a breaking point first.

  • It's a relaxed 20-minute call, no forms, no pressure. You share a little of what's going on, ask whatever's on your mind, and we see if working together feels like a good fit.

  • Yes. Research consistently shows virtual therapy produces the same outcomes as in-person for anxiety, depression, grief, and most other concerns. Many clients find it easier to open up from their own space.

  • Sí — yes! I'm fully fluent in both English and Spanish. Sessions are available in whichever language feels most like yours.

  • Many extended health plans cover Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs). I don't direct bill, but I provide a receipt after each session that you can submit for reimbursement. Check with your insurer before booking.
